Wanderlust Wednesday - Road trip

We are taking off on a spontaneous road trip today. We don't have anything planned other then we want to travel through the rocky mountains into British Columbia and explore a bit of the beautiful countryside. Since its spring I really hope we get to see a view of these cuties. I can't wait to take lots of pictures and show you guys.

  2. I found you through SITS and read your first link about what you learned from traveling and I feel like I could have written that intro paragraph myself! I am an Air Force brat and have two sisters and we were all born in differen places (Texas, Greece, Japan). I moved around a ton growing up and loved it. You photos are beautiful and I hope you have a fun road trip!

  11. I'm so envious. I miss Patrick and my mid-week getaways. Where we'd just decide on a trip in the morning and be out by midday. Those things have stopped as Miss 9 has school - and while I have no problem taking her out for a trip (so educational!) I doubt her parents and teachers will be impressed. I'll just have to live vicariously through you :)

    1. I always think it is worth taking kids out of school to explore. They will learn so much and an adventure is always a good idea.
